In September 2011, the International Advisory Council of the Basque Culinary Center, known as the “G9”, met in Lima (Peru). Over three days they shared opinions, reflections and work which go beyond the mere field of cookery, to aim to have an impact on social aspects, trends and the training of new generations.
The objective of this second meeting of the International Advisory Council of the Basque Culinary Center is to tackle the role of cooking and chefs in food, as well as the social responsibility of professional chefs.
